Ingredients for 3 people
- 40g of rinsed fonio
- 280ml unsweetened bissap juice
- 20ml orange blossom
- 1 kiwi
- 1 mango
- Agave syrup
- A knob of butter
Preparation
- Pour the bissap or hibiscus juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Pour in the fonio and stir.
- After cooking for 10 minutes, stir the orange blossom into the mixture.
- Cook for 10 min over low heat. Add butter and agave syrup.
- Chop the kiwi and mango.
You can add a splash of cream to the mixture.
Dressage
- Pour the fonio porridge into a bowl.
- Add the kiwi and mango.
- Add a little bouye syrup if you like.
- To do this, mix a little baobab pulp powder with water and agave syrup, then reduce on the stove.
