SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Estimated delivery time depends on country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times are subject to change during vacations and sales periods.

All orders placed before 9pm on working days will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. During sales periods this may take longer. We offer standard delivery to the address of your choice, or you can collect your order from a local collection point at your convenience. Please note that you will need to show proof of identity when collecting your order.

Outside Europe

Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) via our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL. Customs duties, taxes, fees and collection charges may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daily Paper, nor are they included in the order total. All applicable charges will be due upon delivery. We ship worldwide. However, we do not deliver to APO, post office box or FPO addresses.

Sales and festive season

Due to the high demand for our sale items, orders placed during sales are confirmed only after receipt of a shipping confirmation e-mail. It is therefore possible that your order may be cancelled due to out-of-stock items. Please note that delivery times will be longer due to vacations. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Product images on the website (desktop or mobile) and/or application are for illustration purposes only. While we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will accurately show the color of the products. The color of your products may vary slightly from these images. Product packaging may vary from what is shown in the images on the website (desktop or mobile) and/or application.

Treatment guidelines

All products listed on the website are subject to availability and receipt of payment before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is required for credit card verification.

International shipping policies

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may result in delays beyond initial delivery estimates. When you place an order with us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. We will not be held responsible if you breach any such laws.

Undeliverable and refused parcels

In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.
