Delivery times

Orders placed before 9pm (working days) are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days. This time may be extended during sales or holidays.

Confirmation & follow-up

An e-mail with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery methods

- Standard home delivery

- Pick-up possible at a relay point (ID required)

International shipments (outside Europe)

- Delivery via PostNL or DHL

- Customs duties or taxes may apply to delivery. These are at the customer's expense.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO.

Sales and holiday periods

Delivery times may be longer. An order is confirmed only after the shipping email. Some items may be out of stock after ordering.

Product availability

Products are only prepared once payment has been confirmed. You will be contacted in the event of a shortage or if verification is necessary.

Product appearance

Colors may vary depending on your monitor. Packaging may also differ from visuals.
