Items can only be returned during the 14-day return period. During this period, you may review and try on your order.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Items must not have makeup stains or other signs of wear after trying them on. Earrings and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must not be opened.

If you do not comply with the terms of our return policy, we will not be able to refund you.

To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you must ship it with the original purchase receipt and circle the item you are returning.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund of the purchase amount is approved or denied , shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs. These fees vary by state or country. Please remember to obtain and retain your postage receipt until you have been fully reimbursed, in case your return gets lost on the way home.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
