Items can only be returned during the 14-day return period. During this period, you can review and try out your order.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Items must not be stained with make-up or show other signs of wear after trying them on. Earrings and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must not be opened.

If you do not comply with our return policy, we will not be able to refund you.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. To return your product, you must send it with the original purchase receipt and circle the item you are returning.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we approve or reject your refund of the purchase amount; shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs vary by state or country. Remember to obtain and retain your postage receipt until you have been fully reimbursed, in case your return gets lost on the way home.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
